Pieces are generally hand made to order, though we may have select pieces in stock from time to time. Turnaround time for items not in stock is usually 2-4 weeks. It’s important to note also that while most of our pieces are part of our permanent collection, some pieces are only available for a limited time.


Special Orders:

Many of our pieces are available in precious metals or with alternate finishes. If you see something you like, please ask us about these customization options.

Special orders can take 6-8 weeks to produce. Although it's possible you will receive your order before then, we do need you to be aware of this order time. Special orders must be paid in full before we put anything into production. Contact us for current pricing. Prices are subject to change due to changes in the market price of precious metals.



Priority shipping with UPS or FedEx is available but must be pre-arranged; please email with your order to be notified of rates prior to purchase. Unless otherwise pre-arranged, all orders are processed with standard shipping (USPS Ground) which takes approximately 5-7 business days from shipment within the United States. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage goods during delivery.


Returns & Exchanges:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, BrashCat will gladly exchange your purchase for another item in our store within 14 days of purchase provided the product is not damaged. The customer must send the unwanted item back and be responsible for its return shipping. We encourage a trackable service as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items en route back to us. There are no returns or exchanges for altered or sale items. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. Returns are for store credit only.

Returns will include taxes, but will not include shipping and handling, as shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item is shipped. Returns and Exchanges on any orders outside the United States will be subject to shipping and duty costs.
To set up a return, you must first email to begin the authorization process. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization.
